The second week of December has now passed so it’s time for another income report. This week yielded a slightly lower income compared with last week. In total, passive income was at 88.83 dollars. Siforia sold 4 Kindle ebooks ($24.44) and 6 hardcopy books ($42.12). AdSense generated $7.10 from the sites and $15.17 from the YouTube Partnership program. Affiliate income is still at zero.
Considering that almost half the month is up I should be able to estimate the monthly income fairly accurately to around 450 dollars. The only thing that could raise the income enough for me to reach my goal of 500 dollars would be if a significant number of books have been sold through Smashwords. They have still not reported their sales, though I suspect they will by the end of the month. Either way, it seems likely that I will be breaking the 400 dollar limit, which is a great success on its own.
The income from my YouTube channel seems to be around 16 dollars per week, which means a monthly income of around 70 dollars. Considering that I have around 70 000 monthly views, the YouTube income seems to average out to around $1 for 1000 views, at least in my niche.
