Web Entrepreneur Goals 2014

January 12, 2014

Last year I published a list of 12 web entrepreneur goals I set out to achieve in 2013. The year held many surprises, but out of those 12 goals 9 of them were completed. I published a new site and book, the TPS project. The project has been well received and the site has recieved over 16 000 visitors since its inception, becoming the second largest of my sites in just a single year. Furthermore, I raised 5000€ to pay for audio licenses, which allowed me to release two audiobooks and new video tutorial series. I also republished five of my books with Apress during 2013.

This year’s list will be just as ambitious. It contains the remaining 4 goals from last year, along with new ones that will make the year both challenging and fun. I’m not sure about the exact order, but here’s my list of Siforia goals for 2014:

  1. Remake C++ video tutorial
  2. Remake Java video tutorial
  3. Remake PHP video tutorial
  4. Write CSS book
  5. Write C book
  6. Remake SQL/ASP.NET/XML video tutorials
  7. Set up physical audio book sales
  8. Release PVT videos on DVD
  9. Write HOPE site

The HOPE site is a pet project I’ve been working on for some time. More on it later. For now I’m focusing on finishing the video tutorials.
